Our latest project relates to the renovation of an apartment in the center of Pula, the famous Kandlerova street, where we have arranged a small apartment of 33 m2 for tourist purposes.
The apartment is a studio in nature, where there was no separate sleeping area, but according to the wishes of the clients, we made a new wall, making a separate sleeping area in which a large double box spring bed is located.
Additional space was also provided under the window for a working desk and chair, so that guests could have the opportunity to work remotely, nowadays known as digital nomad tourism.
The wall is made as the semi-open type in order to visually increase the space of the living room, where a comfortable sofa bed is situated, an additional small armchair and a large LCD TV.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances for tourist rental, from glass ceramic hobs, ovens, hoods, to Nespresso coffee machines.
Our clients are very satisfied with the achieved project task, and judging by the started booking, the guests also like the interior design.
