Neel Con Consulting is a service of our agency that arose from the needs and requirements of our clients who, after successful sales cooperation with our agents, expressed interest and confidence to entrust us with professional advice and supervision during all processes of building their own house / villa on a full service basis.

Services can be offered as a comprehensive service throughout the project development process or it can be divided into individual activities which includes:

1. Verification of documentation

Neel Con Consulting offers you services from the initial phase of land purchase, and the initial analysis of urban planning documentation that includes checking all elements relevant to construction such as the possibility of infrastructure connections to electric supply, water supply, sewerage, telephone and internet connection, etc ...

2. Geodetic and architecture services

Cooperation with our partner team of professionals in the development of geodetic and architectural projects, from the development of geodetic base, field trip to determine the boundaries, the realization of the conceptual design, 3D projection of exterior and interior, to obtain a valid building permit, and registration of the finished object in the cadastre permits.

3. Supervision and coordination of construction site throughout the process

Representation and coordination of construction sites through all phases of construction from foundation slabs, excavation and construction of swimming pools, masonry, electrical installations, plumbing and sewerage, pvc carpentry, to all other internal finishing works.

4. Infrastructure connection

Management, supervision and implementation of infrastructure connection to the facility, communication and field trips with all representatives of utility companies (electricity supply, water supply, sewerage, telecommunications...)

5. Obtaining a use permit

Collecting all the necessary documentation for obtaining a use permit upon the completion of all works on the facility, aas well as going out to the field with representatives of all included public companies.

6. Interior design

Professional consulting and supervision of interior decoration contractors, logistics and furniture assembly as needed and agreed.
