As we promised, our second blog talks about the new services we offer to our clients through - Neel Con consulting & construction. The services came from this very strange year for us, when we all (among other things) had limited travel, and the need for our own little oasis of peace was growing and growing.
Regardless of the type of real estate, our clients, especially those who come from different parts of Croatia or the world, needed professional help and advice on organizing works and collecting the necessary documentation to realize their dreams and ideas. That is exactly why Neel Con consulting & construction was created, our new service by which we offer consulting and support to all interested clients through all processes of realization of their own projects.
What exactly are we doing, what can you hire us for?
In today's everyday life where time is the most precious item we have, our services allow you to have just that - time! Anyone who has encountered construction or renovation, or worked with contractors understands how much time and energy can be spent in the process itself, as well as the possibility of overpaing certain items/services, if lacking timely and accurate information.
For all the consultations and ideas, there is our colleague Elis Del Treppo Popović, to whom we left the leadership in Neel Con consulting services. Her many years of experience in the construction and renovation of family houses, holiday villas and apartments can save you time and money as she has the necessary information and monitors the work in progress. We like to say that we are your “eyes and ears” on the ground when you are not there, and the time we spend negotiating with contractors is left to you for your private or business purposes.
The services we offer include the entire process from finding the ideal property, analysis about planning documentation for land, checking all elements for construction (possibility of connecting to the infrastructure of electricity, water supply, sewerage, telephone and internet connection, etc.), cooperation with our partner, a team of architects and surveyors in the preparation of geodetic bases, conceptual architectural and main projectation, 3D visualization of interior and exterior, and consultations with construction companies and other contractors until the registration of the finished project in the cadastre and obtaining a use permit.
Our services can be on a „turnkey“ basis, which can be especially interesting for foreign clients or those from other counties, who are not able to come to the site every day. Also, we can get involved in works in different phases of construction / renovation. If the client is already in the process of work and at some point finds himself in doubt and needs help or advice related to a particular phase of construction (eg plumbing, electrical, custom furniture, interior design, knauf and house painting ...) we are at your disposal.
It is important to mention that we have numerous associates with whom we have achieved a large number of successful collaborations through various projects that we have implemented over the years, and we offer each client the opportunity of at least 2-3 offers of contractors per construction phase.
